Royal Borough of Greenwich
We worked with Greenwich Council and NHS Oxleas Community FT as their strategic design and delivery partner to reimagine their technology-enabled care model from strategy through to implementation – resulting in the launch of the country’s first fully-integrated health and care technology service
What we did
We worked with the Royal Borough of Greenwich across two major phases to develop and embed a next-generation Technology Enabled Care (TEC) offer. In Phase 1, we delivered Mobilisation, Discovery, Co-design and Sustainability Planning. This included stakeholder mapping, engagement with residents and practitioners, assessing workforce digital culture and system readiness, defining the vision, co-designing the TEC operating model and drafting the roadmap and outcomes framework.
Phase 2 focused on implementation and culture change. We developed and delivered a robust culture change programme, including a schedule of immersive learning sessions for staff, implementation support and internal and external communications designed to embed new ways of working and encourage confidence in TEC across the system.
Who we worked with
Royal Borough of Greenwich Adult Social Care and Digital Innovation teams, residents, practitioners and wider system partners.
